• Pipe band performances – bringing a touch of Scotland to Pearl Beach.

• Rum tastings – sample a selection of rums.
• Hot buttered rum bar – warming cocktails.
• Bacon butties – a Scottish favourite.
• Gourmet porridge bowls & toppings bar – from traditional to indulgent.
• Roving MC and entertainment – keeping the day moving with plenty of humour and surprises.
• Competition finals and presentations – culminating in the crowning of Australia’s first Pearly Spurtle champions.
• Scottish reels with local band the The Pearlers – finish the day by learning a few traditional Scottish reels and joining in the fun on the dance floor.
